These X-Factors are regional meetings where the turnout is smaller and the setting more intimate. Clients usually travel to local gatherings; in some cases they decide to attend meetings farther away. This is another opportunity for EFC clients to get to know each other and, more importantly, exchange ideas.

 

At the X-Factor, the facilitators’ task is create an atmosphere where everyone feels like they are with friends, speaking up and sharing ideas. Unlike the Summit, everyone is required to participate, since the purpose is to get a wide variety of ideas on the table. The facilitator digs out what is really working for each client.
